Is there a way to place a repeat text ( D.C.
al Fine, to Coda, signs, etc) only on a
stave, individually ? thanks in advance.

Andrew,
When you insert repeats they apply to every staff.
What you can do though, is hide (or rather not display) the repeat using staff styles.
You can either apply this all the measures in a staff by unchecking repeats in the items to display list in the Staff Attributes.
Or you can create a staff style called 'Hide repeats' or something and apply it on a measure by measure basis - this would be my preferred option.
[Don't forget that when you extract the parts you will have hidden repeats that might mess with your mind if you use playback.]
