I'm using the November2 music font but I can't see the unpitched percussion clef I'd like to use. Everything works fine on my Windows 10 system but I noticed this inconsistent behaviour when I opened a document on Mac. The same thing happens if I create a new file and select November2 document template.

As you can see in the attached image there are two empty slots which should include the November percussion clefs. Other than this I haven't had any cross-platform problems.

Anyone else having this problem or even better, a solution?

Hi Esa, you are correct, I hadn't noticed November2 doesn't include that particular percussion clef. A workaround would be to insert the Maestro font version of the clef. Go to Document Options>Clefs>Clef Designer... (bottom right), click on the empty slot below the bass clef then click Set font... and select Maestro from the font list. Click OK and the Maestro version of the percussion font should appear and be available from the Clef Tool dialog box next time you use it. This worked for me at any rate. I hope it works for you.

Might be worth contacting Robert PiƩchaud at Klemm Music.
