........ Like some others I can see little point in your remaining anonymous, however, as you wish.......

One question though: I have my defaults on the Forum set up so that I receive each post as a separate e-mail (I guess it makes me feel important 'cos I get so many e-mails). But your posts don't get sent as e-mails, while everyone else's do. Clearly, some threads don't make much sense because of this.

Anyone know why...........?

I think there are quite a few Anonymous posters around, but if it's me you're referring to, I'm not blocking the emails on purpose. I don't even see where that's even an option. Do you receive email from other Anonymouses?

1) Bill: it's in your User Profile; click on the button that says "More..." then "Edit User Profile". Somewhere near the bottom is an option for "Mail Format" or something like that; select "non-digest". Hope that works.

2) Anonymous (all of you!): No, I do not receive posts as e-mails from any Anonymous contributors.

I got an email from Gareth today. We looked into the problem, and we're not sure why you aren't getting email from the annomyous posters. But, since we're in the process of upgrading our forum software, it's unlikely it will get fixed for this board. It won't be a problem when the new forum goes live.

To preempt any questions, I can't divulge any information on what software we're using or when it's going to be up.
