Zuill, thanks for always willing to help:-)

This particular plug-in was in my Finale 2003a folder. It simily add pitch letter names to each note. For instance, the plug-in will add a1 right under the associated note (which is a A4). This plug-in is nice, but it uses different standard then the one that I am used to. For instance, it will put des1 which mean Db4 (?). I was wondering if there is a way to adjust the input pitch-letter-name so I do need to have a reference chart with me to translate the pitch-letter-name.

I've never seen that plug-in and have no idea how it works. Sorry. I don't have it. You must have acquired it elsewhere. Is there a reference to the writer of the plug-in or a support page for it?

It sounds like the Plug-In is using german letter names, so it might be created by a german.
Perhaps Tobias Giesen knows of this Plug-In?

Does someone make a plugin to asssign pitch names to notes in English method? I would be interested for educational purposes.

The Add Pitch Names plug-in was originally a stand-alone plug-in written by Tobias Gieisen for the German publisher Lugart. It has been enhanced and is now part of TGTools full version (TGTools > Music > Add Pitch Names).
