I reformat my computer often. Before each time I do, i usually deactivate my subscription so I dont' have to call and have smartmusic reactivate it for me. Now I get an error message saying that I activated too many times. What should I do?

I am using a school subscrpition.

They can reset the allowed number of reactivations for you. You'll have to give them a call tomorrow. 866-240-4041 (toll free M-F, 8:30-8 CST)
