As I entered notes into my score I noticed that the bottom three staves had disppeared. After a lot of fiddling around I discovered I could add extra measures. I licked on staff tool and was then able to add new measures to fill the page. However I can't add lyrics to the added measures and can now no longer put in guitar chords in the entire score which I was able to do before. When I try the words superimpose themselves over the notes on the staves. I am using a guitar stave so it is fairly simple score. Help me please. Jan Noble | Back to Top | |

There are staves and there are systems, so seeing the file might lead us to discover what is there and what can be done to solve the immediate problem.

When I first got my page ready to input the notes -t the further down the page I got the staves got further from the bottom which confused me. I hadn't taken the tiime to find out how Finale works. I had an earlier version of Finale 2003 and it had a manual with it. I think it would be much easier to look at a manual as I find the tutorials very disjointed and my short term memory is very bad. However I'm enjoying playing around with it.
