It's been awhile so, forgive me......I need to delete an entire staff on the score. Using 2011. How???

Under the Staff icon is a "delete staff" option. Or, you can right click on the staff handle and select "delete."

You need to have selected a staff before the Delete Staves menu item will be active. Might as well use the right-click method (from the Staff tool).
