For the past few months, the accompanist feature of my Smartmusic has been skipping...ARGH...it's quite annoying. Anyone know how to take care of this glitch??

What version are you using and what are your computer specs?

Hi Veronica,

If you haven't already done so, I'd recommend updating to the latest version of SmartMusic, found at www.smartmusic.com/support/downloads/. This tends to resolve the majority of playback issues we see, especially when running on a new operating system like Mavericks. If you still see the same problem after updating, you'll want to submit a case to our technical support team, smartmusic.custhelp.com/app/ask, to help dig a bit deeper into the problem.
