I have a line of text in a text box in 23 unlinked parts, and I want to add a line of text above the initial line. What's the command and syntax for adding the carriage return? Arthur J. Michaels

Arthur,
This Finalescript should do it:
search "Old line of text" replace with "New line of text above<13>Old line of text"
BTW: I could not get this to work in the "Edit -> Text Search and Replace..." dialog. It does not seem to recognize <ASCII> as representing ASCII characters. ASCII character 13 or control-m is the carriage return.
