Just look at all of them (You've been busy)! I don't even know which ones have been replaced by others (e.g., Keep Lowest Line vs Chord Manager).
Do you think you can add a section of your plugin page (with a link to the webpage within the plugin window if possible) that helps guide a user to the best/most up-to-date plugin for a particular task?
For example, the web page would have a hyperlink tree which the user could click through. Each click opens up branches that eventually lead to the best answer:
I want to...
Move... (or Hide, Resize, Delete, etc...)
Notes... (or Rests, Beams, Expressions, Stems, etc...)
From chords... (or From a Layer, From a Multipart staff, etc.)
VIOLA! The plugin you should use is JW Chord Manager v.1.2
And then the user can click on the suggested plugin to download it (or go to the download page) if they don't already have it. Every time someone asks a question like the OP you can add a branch to the tree.
