How do you force an accidental to appear ? What I mean is I'm using simple entry to input the notes. Say, Im entering F# note in the key of G Major, naturally Finale will display the note without the accidental mark, how do I force Finale to show the accidental ?

Select the note with Ctrl-click (Option-click on Mac).
Then hit the letter A key.
Hitting the letter A key on a note with an accidental will hide the accidental.

In Speedy Entry, position the cursor on the same beat as the note and hit the "*" key, which will show or hide an accidental.
