I was hoping someone could give me some an answer as to why my midi controller won't work with  my set-up...
I'm using a (miditech midistudio #1) not, midistudio #2
Going into a (Roland Sound Canvass) Midicard, And the software I'm using is a program called ( Quartz Audio Master) and I'm running (Windows 98')...
It's weird because my old Midi keyboard controller works fine with my set-up but alot of the keys have gone bad so I had to replace it...I bought this Miditech Midistudio #1 controller brand new two years ago and have never gotten it to work...
I'd appreciate advice from anyone with a clue of whats gone wrong here... You can E-Mail me at Scottomatic@myway.com or I'll just watch this post for an answer...Thanks...

Scott,

Number one: this is the SmartMusic forum, which doesn't use MIDI, so you're obviously not using SmartMusic.

Number two: You don't mention that you're using any MakeMusic software, like Finale or PrintMusic, but instead using a completely unrelated software.

I would recommend contacting the manufacturer of your MIDI controller or MIDI card.
