Perhaps my question is too obvious but for me is a problem , I would like to know if there are any way in finale to reduce the number of the rest at minimum, for example when I delete eight 16th notes finale replace each one of these notes for one rest of the same duration , how could I change all those rest for only one ? ,

Here's one way to do it:
Select Bars >> Mass Mover >> Rebar Music.
