This has not been my week.
had a few problems I got sorted out . . .sort of.
Went to print parts from the Linked parts (not extracting) printer ran out of ink.
No worry I'll save them as PDF and print them on the other computer/printer.
I wanted to save them first using Save As: it saved the whole score just with a bunch of new names.
We were two charts short at rehearsal last night.
Point me to the area in the manual that is fine.

It sounds like you were using the built in Finale pdf creator. Avoid that. Use something like CutePDF and choose Print, then the PDF program from the printer selections. I tend to print one part at a time and check it before going on. It takes longer, but saves embarrassment at rehearsal.

Ok I did use the internal PDF creator. No embarrassment they didn't make it to rehearsal.
