When you started this file, what was the history of the template you used? Was it completely clean, or did you use a previous file, clear out the entries and use that? It appears that the File Maintenance feature has not deleted the excess, unused frame information, as it should.
Why not post this to the new "Help Center" and let the experts take a look? I guess the only way you could provide the file is by Dropbox or a similar service.
