Date Joined Aug 2013 Total Posts : 2 | Posted 9/7/2013 8:49 PM (GMT -6) | | As my students install the upgrade for the IPAD they all get the same message: "They cannot log in because they are logged in on another device" even if they are not. How can this be fixed without having all 90 students call tech support?
