Can anyone out there help me with the following: 1) Getting sound in set-up for audio input recording of vocals in SEQ mode, and 2) burning songs &/or cue lists onto CDs for demo production?

May I suggest that you check out Triton Haven (http://www.tritonhaven.com/). It's a great site that also includes a fantastic forum that will answer your questions. I also own a Triton Workstation/Sampler, and I totally understand that the manual is not user-friendly. I'm at work, and I don't have the keyboard in front of me to help you. But the folks at Triton Haven will help you find what you are looking for.
