These are 2 separate things. If you've chosen not to show the part name for parts, it shouldn't show. De-select the option to show in parts in Staff Attributes. To show the part name on each page, use the Insert in the text tool called Part/Score Name. This will put the name for the part as it appears in Manage Parts. If you don't want this to show in the score, just uncheck the option to Show.
