You should have put this in the Windows or Mac forum.

Anyway, the only way to do this in PM is to set up your cue note staff in a scratch score, reduce it to the desired size (probably around 70%) export the selection as a jpg, and paste it back into your full score. It will look pretty bad on screen, but should print OK.
