I downloaded Smartmusic from disc and when it loads it automatically shuts down. I work off a MAC 10.5. Not sure what to do and I am not super computer techy. Mty boys need this for class by Friday any advice.

Thanks for writing! The log file you sent is quite helpful! It is indicating that there is some firewall or other security software blocking SmartMusic and causing the crash. You will need to configure the security software to allow SmartMusic to access the internet. See below for more advice:

That's odd. Try copying the URL, opening a new browser window, then pasting the address into the Safari address bar.

After I have installed SmartMusic 2011, every I set the speaker, the program crashs. My PC is with Windows 7 (64bits)and i5 CPU. The sound card is Realtek high definition audio.
