I have heard through the grapevine that a company or two has developed a digital music stand. I also heard that CODA Technologies was involved in this. Is this true? Is there a digital music stand out there for purchase? Are there developments for digital music stands in the workings? What kind of time frame is there concerning when these might be available.
Thank you

Jonathan,
You might be talking about what Harry Connick Jr uses? Check the link here. Coda's part is that he used Finale.
Cheers,
Tim

The only commercially available digital music stand that I know of is the FreeHand MusicPad Pro. At NAMM they announced it was shipping at the end of January. There's more information at:
http://www.freehandsystems.com
With FreeHand's software, you can print to the FreeHand MusicPad Pro format in Finale. It works simiarly to printing a PDF file using Acrobat Distiller. All of our company's digital sheet music is available for the MusicPad Pro.
If there are other commercial systems available, please let us know.
