Microsoft Windows 7 Professional [Version 6.1.7601]
Finale 25.2.0.92

Frequently getting this error when trying to open an existing file:
Cannot open file
..\AppData\Local\Temp\FINxxxx.tmp\META-INF\container.xml
(where "xxxx" is a ever-changing hex number)

Backups - thus far - can be opened without a problem. Templates, lacking backups, not so much…

Anybody else seeing this?

Dean

Finally using FinWin 2014 on Windows 7 for everything, despite the irritations…
(Previously used everything back to version 2.0.1)

Have you create a temp/backup folder solely for Finale's use?

Yep. ..\documents\Finale Files\Backups
Don't recall if I created it, or if Finale did.
