I want to extract all the staves from the score and generate optionel parts automaticly (trombone in C and Bes, bas in C, Bes and Es).
Before Finale 2007 (the goold old 2006, ..5,..4 etc) I have made an scipt. The script automaticly:
transponse the part:
...select first staff
...first clef treble
...instrument transposition Bb octave up
change the partname:
search "trombone 1 C" and replace with "trombone 1 B^b"
Here is the problem 1. With Finale 2007 the partname is not generated as text but as Part / Score name. So now I have a great problem.
Next problem 2 is an error on the Save script:
..save and append "_in Bes" --> error: an unamed file contains an invalid path. This has worked in 2006,5,4, etc etc
Please who can help / advise / ... me?
