Joe, you've already posted this query in the correct place (the Notation - Windowa forum) - there's no need to cross-post. Moreover, this forum is intended for discussions about developing plug-in features for Finale, and my guess is that one of the Powers That Be will be locking this thread, thereby preventing further responses, later today ...

... stick to "Windows" for this query, and probably someone will be able to help.
