I purchased a school CD and used it on my Dad's PC. He recently formatted his hard drive and is having trouble with his sound card. I would like to use this program on my own PC. How can I do that using the same subscription number? I've tried many times and it's failed every time.

You'll need to contact Customer Support and have the account reset. If you know a reformt is coming, you can move the subscription from within SmartMusic (Subscription Menu - Move Subscription). Since the reformat is already a done deal, we have to reset it on our end manually.
