Is there any sort of wildcard function for searching text in Finalescript?

For instance, I want to search and replace the font of tempo marks by looking for strings that start with "q=" or "q = " or "q»" but I don't necessarily know what the actual tempos are, obviously.

My current method for the above situation specifically is to :

search "q» " [Maestro] replace "q= " [EngraverTextT] 12
search "q » " [Maestro] replace "q= " [EngraverTextT] 12
search "q»" [Maestro] replace "q= " [EngraverTextT] 12

search "¡" [Maestro] replace "1" [EngraverTextT] 12
search "™" [Maestro] replace "2" [EngraverTextT] 12
search "£" [Maestro] replace "3" [EngraverTextT] 12
search "¢" [Maestro] replace "4" [EngraverTextT] 12
search "∞" [Maestro] replace "5" [EngraverTextT] 12
search "§" [Maestro] replace "6" [EngraverTextT] 12
search "¶" [Maestro] replace "7" [EngraverTextT] 12
search "•" [Maestro] replace "8" [EngraverTextT] 12
search "ª" [Maestro] replace "9" [EngraverTextT] 12
search "º" [Maestro] replace "0" [EngraverTextT] 12

but there are cases where it would be nice to do a search and replace of a specific string based on the first few characters. Any help appreciated.
