When I select Print from the menu bar within a Method Book, the Print command is greyed out. I can setup the printer, but the Print function remains grey.

The publishers ask that the method files with no assessment showing not be printable - it helps them sell their books. If you turn on assessment, play a file and make some noise through the mic so that it hears you, you should be able to get it to print. The print command is meant to print your assessment results.
