Is there a finalescript to perform these batch conversions?
I would have thought that MakeMusic could have provided this utility but I cannot find it.

You can't batch convert Finale 2005 files to MusicXML files using Finalescript. But our Dolet 3 for Finale plug-in includes batch conversion to and from MusicXML files:

There is a Finalescript included in 2007 for batch conversion of previous versions' files to 2007.

I would have thought you could modify it to Save As XML, as Saving in XML is also included in 2007.

(I'm sure the only difference between the 2007 and 2006 file formats is just a version number!)
