I'm a Band Director with a large number of students subscribed to SmartMusic. I'm getting bombarded with emails saying that they are being prompted to renew their subscriptions. They are still over a month away from expiration so there has to be a way to put off renewal so early. What is the work around so that the kids can still use SmartMusic and submit assessments?

Don Ed,

The emails that the students are receiving are just reminders that the expiration date is approaching. Normally, these reminders are sent out about a month or so before the actual expiration date. The students should have no problem using SmartMusic and receiving assignments until they actually reach the expiration date.

Thanks,

Andrew
