repeat endings always individually adjustable.

Please be a little more specific. What is it that you want to be "individually adjustable"?
Is it text repeats?
Repeat ending brackets?
Or?

Ummm, they are aren't they? Select the Repeat Tool, click on the measure, then click on the handles that come up.
