For some reason, none of my Finale HELP radio buttons work any more. I can't even open the User Manual from the Help menu in the program itself. Don't know what I've done. Don't know if it's a Finale issue or a Windows XP issue. The radio buttons used to work fine a few months ago. Is there a Windows file missing or something? Interestingly, my search capability in Windows is also 'lost'. I click on 'Start/search' and a window opens with nothing in it. I can't type in a file or folder or anything. I'm assuming there's a connection. I had problems with an msfeedsync message that came up every 20 seconds and got in the way of so many things (couldn't enter notes while the message was up - couldn't debug and sent error report to Microsoft time and time again with no joy) so I deleted this file from the Windows 32 folder. The message no longer appears. Maybe my 'help' issue is something to do with that. Finale support staff, as great as they've been for decades, can't offer any suggestions. I'm at my wit's end because I can't access any help files nor can I access them through the internet even tho' my access internet box has been checked. I'm running Finale 2010b on Windows XP. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Have you updated to Windows XP SP3?
Do you have an internet connection?
Are you you "working offline"?
google "msfeedsync" I think you may need the file, but the feature can be switched off or on.
Have you updated Internet Explorer?
Have you tried Windows Restore to an earlier date?

Just some suggestions.
