Just wondering if anyone knows the font that's used for the numerals when using the simple tuplet tool. Can that font be changed? You know, the number 5, 7, etc. in irregular groupings.

The tuplet number font is a document specific setting (not a program specific setting):

Document Options > Fonts > Notation > Tuplet

It's set in Document Options. You can choose the font and size.
