I am using Finale2000d on a win2k machine. I have a finale doc that is 1096 measures long. When I save it as a midi file, either format 0 or format 1, Finale says it is packing all the measures, but only 650 or so measures appear in the midi file when I open it in Sonar.

Any comments?

It's a little difficult without knowing more about your score, but is sonar setting the correct time signature? For example, a 2/4 piece of 1096 measures would become 588 measures in 4/4 - any variation in signature changes during a piece could equate to 620 bars...
