I've got Finale 3.5.1 for Macintosh at home, but my school has Finale 2000 on all their computers. I was planning to upgrade to 2000, but Coda's website only has a 2002 upgrade. If I purchase the 2002 upgrade will its files be compatible with Finale 2000? What should I do?

Finale files are upward-compatible, they are not downward-compatible. Meaning, if you create files in Finale 2000, you will be able to open them in 2002. But if you create files in 2002, you will not be able to open them in 2000.
