Open up the online documentation that came with the program and read up on "Text" (or "lyrics," depending on what you want) and Repeats (or "first and second endings"). Go throught the tutorials that came with the program - they also cover these subjects. And finally, for a more specific help, let us know what program and platform you are using and post these questions on the Windows (or Mac) forums where you are likely to get more responses.
