Where is my code at? Is there a CD key number or what, because all I have found anywhere on my product is the UPC code which unfortfreaked nately doesn't work.

How did you get your CD? Did your teacher give it to you as part of a School Sponsored Home Subscription? If so, your teacher should give you your School Code so you can create your account.

If it's a different kind of subscription, give customer support a call at 866-240-4041 (toll free M-F, 8:30-8 CST).
