Finale 2014.5:

Whenever I print from a score, I print to PDF. The files are then printed and saved in alphabetical order (alto sax is at the top, etc). A friend of mine follows the same steps, however his is saved in score order.

Does anyone know to make this happen in score order? Is it a setting I'm missing? I've searched and searched.

Thanks!

Do you mean how they are listed in the Finder? That's would be a Finder option. Perhaps if you sort by Creation Date, they will appear in the order that Finale output them.

You might want to invest in an app like Name Mangler, which can easy re-name files.
