I am working on my first score in the Mac version of Finale 25.2. Part way through, each note I enter using Simple Entry appears an octave higher than intended. What setting did I unintentionally turn on?

We need more information. What is the instrument, what entry method are you using, etc.? Best is to attach your file here.

Starting in Measure 11, simple entry with a mouse, Finale 25.2.0.79

As mysteriously as it started, it stopped, and started again. Go figure.

Seems OK. It does complain about instrument sounds missing, so perhaps it's related to that?
