I'm having trouble accessing anything in the Document Options dialog from Finale script on my computer. I'm using Finale 2011c.r1 on Mac OS 10.6.5. My end goal is to turn on Ignore Syllable Edge Punctuation, but even the sample script from the documentation doesn't work for me. Here's that script:

menu item "document options"
list "ties"
check "time"
type 8 near "time"
tab
type 9
check "key"
type 7 near "key"
tab
type 6
press "ok"

When I run the script with the script window open, the Document Options dialog opens, and then as soon as the script steps to the next item (list) the Document Options dialog closes, and the other steps are just passed to Finale as random input.

Any advice?

Thanks,
Marc
