Hi

I'm using finale 2014, I would like to change the head note to x for a single note, so it will be spoken and not sung. How do I do it? and... What ever happened to the wonderfull help videos of the older versions? They were so efficient, and user friendly...

One way is to use the Select Tool to select(highlight) the note you want to change, then use "Utilities -> Change -> Noteheads...".  Since you are using a 32 bit version of Finale, the "JW Change" plug-in can do this as well.

The videos are found under "Help -> QuickStart Videos".
