From an engraving point of view, there's a lot more than what is listed above which needs improving. Poor accidental kerning, for example (helped a bit by a TG Tools plugin). Or non optimal beaming angles (helped by the Patterson beams plugin). Or poor spacing with ledger lines (helped by the Patterson spacing plugin). Or poor grace note spacing (which still needs extensive manual tweaking). The list goes on...
