I had a problem with ASIO or Finale crashing, I called the number, and a friendly, knowledgeable staff member helped me out. For basic usage questions, I always used the MakeMusic forum (which is great), but for OS or soundcard issues, phone support was a lifeline.
Until today, when I had an issue opening Finale... went to the Finale tech support page... and discovered there's apparently no more phone support. For probably a thousand dollars of purchases and upgrades over the past decade, I can now "ask the community" for help.
Disappointing, to say the least. Is MakeMusic downsizing? Anyone know what's going on?
