I've never encountered this problem before, but none of the sound works. When I enter in a note, it doesn't play the way it normally would, and when I do a playback, the green line that would normally appear is nowhere to be found, and I get a still screen. It acts like it's going to play it back, all the other options lock like it normally would, and I can still pause the "playback" to revert it to it's normal state, but none of the sound is being played, and I have no idea what the issue is. I attempted to delete and redownload the program, but to no avail. Finale NotePad 2012, by the way.

I just fixed it accidentally. I was downloading a video editing software, and it needed to restart the PC before it could be ran, restarting seems to have done the trick, it's functioning normally.

I am sorry we didn't suggest a reboot. I had wrongly assumed that you had done that. That is usually the cure for these kind of issues.
