Finale importing my Music XML standard with 'Play Finale Through Midi' instead of 'Audio Units'. I have to change now all the instruments etc. Where can I change this?

Imported XML files use your default document as the basis. It may be that settings within the document itself can modify some components of this sort, I'm not sure.
