I'm using Finale Notepad 2002, but my version doesn't seem to save 'running' changes properly - when I make a change I press 'save' and then replay the measure to listen - but the sound still plays the Original tune. It requires either several save attempts, a further edit, or closing the file to play the changes back correctly. Does anyone know of a fix for this?

First, this should be in the Finale/Allegro sections and not this one. Anyway, you have to hit the stop button and then restrike the play button for any edits you did while the playback controls are paused. At least this is the case in Finale 2002b.
