Is there any easy way to hide a single page number on a blank page in the middle of a score?

Just drag it off the page with the Text tool. If you have parts, you might need to unlink it first.

I'm not sure that works. IIRC, since it's a text frame, they will move on other odd (or even) pages, as well.

Oy, you're right. What a silly way for it to work.

I guess one could use three separate page ranges, 1 to n-1, n, and n+1 on.

I tried making an opaque expression to cover it up, but page numbers are drawn afterwards. Maybe a graphic would work.

I don't know if it's an option, but I don't use Finale's page numbers, but rather add them in the PDF realm.

As far as I know you cannot input several page ranges in Finale.

As a workaround I created a white rectangle in Inkscape,
imported it as a graphic and covered the page number.

You can.

But your solution is probably easiest.
