I am CERTAIN that I have entered the right zip code, but the message keeps coming up. I have tried adding five zeros, adding my street address, and changing the zip code to the one from the store where I got Smart Music. Can anyone help? |
Posted By : Tyler - 1/24/2005 12:29 PM | I'm really not sure on this one. I don't suppose it makes a difference if you try using either the 5 digit form or the extended form? Customer support is fast about helping with these things. Give them a call (it's free). Windows XP, all updates
