From AP wire reports:
MakeMusic, formerly known as Coda Music Technology, has announced today that the next version of Finale will be called Finale - the Bug Free Version. Grace note spacing has been fixed, PostScript works flawlessly, collisions between accidentals in layers do not occur, display problems have been corrected, and many other long-standing bugs have been eliminated. While no release date has been set as of yet, composers and musicians worldwide eagerly await the release.

FWIW, the non-existing accidental collision check between layers for 3rds, 4ths etc can't be called a bug. AFAIK, Coda has never said that they support it.

Under Document Settings/Music Spacing Options there is a checkbox next to "Avoid Collision of Notes and Accidentals." I would expect it to do just that, after all it's not labelled "Avoid Collision of Notes and Accidentals Except Between Layers." Sorry for the sarcasm Jari, but I still would consider that one a bug, and quite a long-standing, well-known, and often reported one too.

In some minds, there is no difference between the lack of a feature and a bug. For those of us that develop hardware and software there is a very big difference.
A bug is usually thought of as behavior that is different from the intended design. Something that doesn't work right some or all of the time.
What we have here is a function that ought to work differently or better than it presently does. So a feature request is more appropriate than a bug fix.
Serious bugs are usually fixed in service releases. Feature requests usually get added in new versions.
To a user, the differences may be small or invisible, because they just want to get their work done. When menu says something that gives the impression of working a certain way, and it doesn't that may be more a failure to communicate that a bug.

If you look a bit further down in the same list, you'll see check boxes for "Unisons" and "Seconds". No check boxes for 3rds and 4ths.
