Go to google.com and enter "site:forum.makemusic.com" (without quotes) followed by a space or a plus sign (+) then the words you are searching for. An example search might look like this: site:forum.makemusic.com + nested tuplets Erin Vork Notation and Garritan Product Specialist Product Management MakeMusic, Inc.

However you don't need the "+" symbols on your search terms. Indeed, if you use them, you risk LOSING pages by misspellings or simply including terms that are not on a required page. Oh, and you don't really need or even WANT the "forum." but in most cases, because using that precludes finding a page on the company website!
So my recommendation is to "Google" (for example):
ball mouse site:makemusic.com That will get all the hits you want, and THEN you can refine it with "+" and "-" terms!

PS: Goodbye to the many of you with whom I've had the pleasure to chat, share help, agree, disagree, but generally, just enjoy our mutual interests. The Finale Forum will never find an equal, and it is a terrible shame that TPTB have decided to shut it down. Anyone who wishes to find me on Facebook, look for "Brian D Steel", or on Twitter, find me at @briandsteel. May you and your music prosper, missing you all already. |
