Is there any PDK tools for the changing staff line
between two different percussion on the same
staff?
For example: First measure is Timpani, next
measure is snare drum, can I change the staff line
from standard 5-lines into 1 or 3-lines, only at
the snare drum measure?
Mostly, I set the staff into 1 or 3-lines and then
use smart shape tools to line it out when it need.
Is there any other method?

It's called "Staff Styles". Please refer to the Finale documentation for more info.
